LED Lighting for the Outdoor Area of the TE-TO Osijek Thermal Power Plant
The project, completed on February 1, 2014, involved the complete renovation of the outdoor lighting at the TE-TO Osijek thermoelectric power plant and its parking lot.
The previous mercury vapor lighting system, consisting of 145 fixtures with a total installed power of 43.5 kW and an average illuminance of 7 lx, was replaced with an LED solution consisting of 103 fixtures, with an installed power of just 7.67 kW and an average illuminance of 14 lx.
Thanks to the use of high-performance optics, it was possible to reduce the number of light fixtures by approximately 29%, while improving illuminance and significantly reducing energy consumption.
The system is equipped withthe Detas Wi-Fi wireless management systemand ensures illuminance levels that comply with applicable regulations.
