The DETAS Retrofit project was carried out for Maksimir Park in Zagreb with the goal of modernizing the lighting while preserving the original light fixtures, which are part of the park’s historical and cultural heritage.
The solution developed by Detas integrates LED modules with 3000 K Lumileds light sources, dedicated Detas 64A optics, and Philips Xitanium power supplies housed in separate enclosures with an IP67 rating. The system is also equipped with surge protection up to 10 kV.
Thanks to LED retrofit technology, the project made it possible to preserve the historic character of the existing fixtures while improving the quality of the lighting and achieving energy savings of 72%.
