The public lighting retrofit project for the City of Pakrac involved replacing obsolete fixtures installed on poles of various heights (4, 6, 8, and 10 meters). For each road category, from M3 to M6, specific lighting design calculations were performed to ensure that lighting levels were appropriate for the characteristics of the various road sections.
TALOS fixtures were selected for street lighting, while AVALON models were installed in areas requiring a decorative solution. All fixtures are equipped with Lumileds LEDs with a color temperature of 3000 K and optics developed by Detas to meet the most stringent requirements of Croatian regulations on light pollution control.
The project made it possible to modernize the public lighting system, improving visibility and the quality of street lighting, optimizing energy efficiency, and helping to reduce light pollution in the surrounding area.
